In a strategic move to broaden service offerings for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Caribbean and the United States, 1930 Media has officially merged with The Storyteller Agency.

This partnership, spearheaded by Zerron Brown, founder of 1930 Media, and Kesi Gardner, founder of The Storyteller Agency, aims to offer SMEs a comprehensive suite of services, including website development, event planning, public relations, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing.

This merger combines 1930 Media’s creative expertise in digital marketing with The Storyteller Agency’s reputation for impactful public and media relations. Together, the agencies will provide SMEs across the Caribbean and the U.S. with targeted solutions to strengthen their digital presence, reach new audiences, and drive growth.

“For both 1930 Media and The Storyteller Agency, this merger represents an exciting new chapter,” said Zerron Brown, now Creative Director and Partner of the merged firm.

“Together, we’re uniquely positioned to support SMEs in a more impactful way serving as a bespoke solution for all their branding and digital needs. Many of these companies don’t have the resources or expertise of larger corporations, and they often struggle to establish a strong brand presence. This partnership will allow us to bridge that gap, providing the support SMEs need to build impactful brand identities and achieve measurable results.”

As a women-owned business led by Gardner, The Storyteller Agency has long been a respected industry name, serving clients across various sectors with innovative PR strategies.

Gardner brings over 20 years of experience, having worked with leading agencies like Whistling Frog, Pan Media, and Admark. She has also worked directly with corporate giants such as Sagicor, Tru Juice, Lasco Jamaica, J. Wray & Nephew, The Development Bank of Jamaica, and Scotiabank.

“We’re thrilled about this partnership with Zerron and his team,” said Kesi Gardner. “This merger positions us for substantial growth as we expand our services beyond Jamaica to support SMEs across the Caribbean and the United States. Through this collaboration, The Storyteller Agency—named Jamaica’s Best PR Agency at this year’s Netty Awards—will be able to provide SMEs with the tools and expertise they need to succeed in today’s digital world. With our five-year milestone approaching in December, we’re excited about the future and the positive impact we can achieve together.”

Having collaborated on numerous projects in the past, both agencies saw this merger as a natural progression, allowing them to better serve clients and maximize resources for even greater impact.

Through this partnership, SMEs can expect comprehensive branding and digital marketing solutions that blend creativity with strategic communication, reinforcing the commitment of both agencies to foster success for businesses across the Caribbean and beyond.
