PNP stands in solidarity with Guyana after Mahdia Secondary School fire

The People’s National Party (PNP) expresses its heartfelt condolences and stands united with the people of Guyana in the aftermath of the tragic fire at the Mahdia Secondary School, which claimed the lives of 19 students and left 6 students nursing critical burns. Our hearts go out to the families, friends, and the entire Guyanese nation as they mourn the loss of these young lives.

We understand the immense pain and sorrow caused by this tragic incident, and we stand by and mourn with the affected families as they navigate this profound grief.  We also pray for a full and speedy recovery of those battling the effects of critical burns received in the fire. The PNP pledges its support to the people of Guyana, offering any assistance within our capacity to aid in efforts and support the affected families.
