Fresh from resigning as president, CEO, and director of iCreate, which he founded, Tyrone Wilson has resigned from yet another public company board.

E-learning solutions provider, One on One Education Limited has announced that Wilson has resigned as a director on the board of the company, a position he has held since August 2013.

In a regulatory filing, One on One reports that, “after dedicated contributions, Tyrone Wilson has expressed his desire to step down from his role as director. The board of directors has accepted Wilson’s resignation with gratitude for his service.”

The resignation is effective as of August 21, 2023. One on One will consider a new board replacement to complement a strong contingent of directorship, which includes chairman, Michael Bernard and directors John Bailey, Dr Carol Granston and Karen Vaz.

The board is completed by Ricardo Allen (managing director) and Mischa McLeod-Hines. The company continues to be mentored by noted Jamaican business executive Douglas Orane with company secretary, Nicola Foga.
