Despite torrential rain and maddening traffic, it was a good turn out at last night’s NCB’s Cocktails & Conversations mixer held at Barbican’s Jamaica Food & Drink Kitchen venue. 

NCB hosted the exclusive ‘Cocktails & Conversations’ event for its clients in celebration of Customer Service Week 2023.

As part of Customer Service Week 2023, NCB made a gracious effort to appreciate, connect, and engage with a group of its esteemed clientele in an evening of interactive cocktail crafting and intimate dialogues.

 Participants were treated to an immersive cocktail mixology session led by the renowned Dr Spirit, where they learnt the craft of creating exquisite beverages.

In line with NCB’s theme, ‘Making Service Our Love Language’, the event underscored the bank’s ongoing commitment to its strategic focus areas: Efficiency, Governance, and Customer Experience (EGC).

NCB recognises the journey to service excellence is marked with its set of challenges, but remains committed to active listening, adaptation, and ongoing improvement to meet the expectations of its valued clients.

Our Today was there, and thoroughly enjoyed a few cocktails but our crew remained steady on their feet – well steady enough to bring you these photos!
