Century 21, ATL forge path to elevated homeownership

Century 21, fortified with a majority stake from FirstRock, has formed a strategic partnership with Appliance Traders Limited (ATL).

This collaboration sees the  fusion of real estate services and top-tier home products in a new approach to  homeownership for clients .

ATL was formed by Butch Stewart nearly fifty years ago and became of the leading appliance repairs in Jamaica. Adam Stewart has succeeded his father in an executive chairman role and is looking to breathe new life into the company.

Under this new partnership, ATL be providing an array of high-quality appliances and other premium products for use at various open houses and Century 21 events. This latest move serves elevate the overall experience of prospective homeowners as they explore potential residences, envisioning the perfect dwelling complemented by the finest in home technology and comfort.

Bryan Stephens, commercial director at ATL, expressed his enthusiasm for the promising foundation being laid through this partnership: “The team and I are thrilled with the foundation being built, which, when brought to life, will give rise to a great partnership between Appliance Traders Limited and Century 21, two industry titans. This collaboration offers an all-encompassing solution for new homeowners, marrying Century 21’s exceptional real estate services with Appliance Traders Limited’s top-quality products.”

Reflecting on this partnership, Jordan Chin, executive chairman of Century 21 Heave-Ho Properties Jamaica, shared his perspective: “In our quest to redefine  modern homeownership, we have found a kindred spirit in Appliance Traders Limited.
