The company indicated through a media release that the funds were donated by JN customers from the United States, United Kingdom, Cayman and Canada.

JN Money facilitated the donations through locations in the participating countries as part of the sixth instalment of the JN Group Power of Pink breast cancer campaign, held in October last year.

The funds are expected to be used to fund cancer research and assist warriors with cancer treatment, prosthesis, bras, biopsies, minor operations, tests and medication.

The donation totalled J$1,041,758.74 for the JCS, while $520,879.37 went to Reach to Recovery, the breast cancer arm of the society.
