Saint International: The Fashion Face of The Caribbean 2024

In a thrilling showcase of beauty, talent, and charisma, Arianna O’Connor and Deandre Carr emerged as the winners of the Saint International ‘Fashion Faces of the Caribbean’ 2024 competition.

The competition brought forth six promising faces in the male and female categories.

Twenty-four designers competed for the Avant Garde title, and several established womenswear and menswear designers will showcase collections for a Style File segment, including Kadian Nicely, Sylvister, Pebbles, Heather Laine, and Andre Shirley.

O’Connor captivated the judges with her striking features, confident runway presence, and unique strut. 

Carr stood out with his distinctive look and innocent features. Haling from Denham town, Carr’s victory is seen as a significant milestone in his burgeoning modelling career.

In the male category, the placement were as follows: (right) Nichol Patterson (3rd place), Sajal Graham (2nd place), Centre, Deandre Carr(Winner).

Saint International has been instrumental in discovering and nurturing modelling talent from the Caribbean.

The ‘Fashion Faces of the Caribbean’ competition is a pivotal platform, providing winners with opportunities for international contracts and exposure.

Though all the contestants came out and gave it their very best, the success of O’Connor and Carr will not be soon forgotten by attendees. Both serve as proof that the Caribbean has a rich pool of talent and that the region is a growing influence in the fashion industry.
