Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has closed the subscription window for its 10.75% Secured Bonds due 2025.

The company indicated that it stopped accepting bond applications at 4:30 pm yesterday, September 10, due to oversubscription.

While MIL had initially scheduled the closure of the invitation for September 20, 2024, it maintained the right to close the offer early.

Two weeks after subscriptions were open, MIL exercised the option to upsize the bond offers to over $2 billion because of excess demand.

With the subscriptions now closed, the company will soon publish the basis of allotment on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website.

“MIL wishes to thank all Applicants that participated in the Secured Bonds and to congratulate all MIL partners and team members that have been crucial in making this Bond offering a success,” the company stated.
