Three investigation reports submitted by the Integrity Commission to Parliament earlier this month are expected to be tabled in Parliament today, September 17.

The House of Representatives will resume today following its customary summer recess.

An investigation report, an associated indicative ruling, and a full ruling of its director of corruption prosecution were submitted to parliament on Thursday, September 5.

Two additional investigation reports were submitted to Parliament for tabling on Monday, September 9.

There has been much talk surrounding the contents of reports, with some assuming that one of the reports is in relation to Prime Minister Andrew Holness’s statutory declaration.

The prime minister’s 2021 and 2022 statutory declarations are yet to be certified by the Integrity Commission, raising much concern in the public domain.

The Integrity Commission is one of the country’s anti-corruption agency, with a mission to achieve a corrupt-free society by preventing, detecting, investigating and prosecuting acts of corruption.
