Jamaica will face the United States of America over two legs following the quarterfinal draw of the CONCACAF Nations League in Miami on Wednesday.

The other matchups are Mexico taking on Honduras; Canada tackling Suriname and Panama versus Costa Rica in November.

Following the conclusion of the Nations League A group stage games, Jamaica finished second overall in the ranking behind Costa Rica on goal difference.

• Nicaragua (7 pts, 0 gd) – qualified for 2025 Gold Cup Prelims
• Trinidad and Tobago (5 pts, -2 gd) – qualified for 2025 Gold Cup Prelims
• Cuba (3 pts, -2 gd) – advances to Play-In and relegated to League B
• French Guiana (1 pts, -3 gd) – advances to Play-In and relegated to League B.

The Reggae Boyz were paired with the third-ranked team in CONCACAF, the USA, while Costa Rica paired with the fourth-ranked team in Panama.

• QF1: Panama vs Costa Rica (fourth-ranked seeded team vs best first place)
• QF2: United States vs Jamaica (third-ranked seeded team vs next first place)
• QF3: Canada vs Suriname (second-ranked seeded team vs best second place)
• QF4: Mexico vs Honduras (best-ranked seeded team vs next second place)

The four home and away series winners will advance to the 2025 CONCACAF Nations League Finals and qualify for the 2025 Gold Cup, while the quarterfinal losers will then drop into a Gold Cup playoff series scheduled for March 2025.

The Reggae Boyz will host the Americans on Thursday, November 14 and Costa Rica take on Panama. On Friday, November 15, Suriname host Canada and Mexico travel to Honduras. The return legs are set for Monday, November 18 when Jamaica travel to the USA and Panama host Costa Rica. Then on Tuesday, November 19, Canada host Suriname and Honduras travel to Mexico.
