G4SGuardsman wishes to address and clarify the statement released by Irie FM on Monday, July 21 regarding a pending meeting to be held with the Union of Clerical, Administrative and Supervisory Employees (UCASE) regarding the status of security personnel assigned to the United States Embassy in Kingston.

“Contrary to claims made in the release, G4SGuardsman has already agreed to and scheduled a meeting with UCASE representatives for Wednesday, July 23, to discuss concerns raised. We remain open to constructive dialogue and view this meeting as a positive step toward continued collaboration.

“Regarding the insurance-related concerns, we confirm that the matter involving salary deductions and remittances to insurance carriers was the result of technical processing issues. We are pleased to report that these issues have since been resolved in consultation with the respective insurance provider.

“At G4SGuardsman, the well-being of our security officers and the continuity of quality service to our valued client remain our top priorities. We acknowledge the importance of transparency and accountability in all aspects of our operations and continue to work diligently to ensure our obligations to both employees and client are met.

“We are confident that the upcoming meeting with UCASE will be productive and solution focused, and we urge all parties to allow the agreed process to take its course.”
