The Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) has forged a partnership with global transformation company, Digitopia geared toward improving Artificial Intelligence (AI) readiness among local businesses.
The strategic partnership will benefit both members of the PSOJ as well as non-members and involves access to a free, abbreviated digital and AI maturity assessment.
The 20-minute survey is designed for businesses with 10 or more employees across all sectors. Each participating company will receive a personalised confidential report benchmarking their digital and AI capabilities against global standards.
“This assessment gives our members valuable insights into where they stand digitally and what steps they can take to remain competitive,” said Sacha Vaccianna-Riley, Executive Director of PSOJ. “In today’s business environment, understanding your digital and AI maturity is essential for growth and sustainability.”
The initiative builds on the partnership announced in June 2025 between PSOJ and Digitopia, aimed at advancing digital and AI readiness across Jamaica’s private sector. The assessment focuses on three key business dimensions: Customer, Operations, and Technology, with integrated AI maturity insights.

Companies completing the survey before October 15 will have the opportunity for a free consultation with a Digitopia expert.
“We’re seeing businesses across all industries recognise that digital transformation isn’t optional anymore,” said Christopher Reckord, Chair of PSOJ’s Innovation and Digital Transformation Committee. “This free assessment removes barriers and provides actionable intelligence that companies can use immediately.”
The survey deadline is November 30, with initial findings scheduled to be presented at an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) forum for Jamaican corporates in early November.
