Stephen Curry has been voted the NBA’s top leader in the league’s annual general manager survey, pulling in 43% of the vote.

He left a wide gap between himself and the next closest players, New York’s Jalen Brunson and Denver’s Nikola Jokić.

This latest nod just confirms what everyone around the NBA has seen for years. Curry doesn’t lead with ego or force; he leads with joy, consistency, and tireless effort.

His presence has shaped the very DNA of the Warriors: unselfish, close-knit, and driven.

Unlike stars who rule with an iron fist, Curry lifts others up.

He’s just as invested in people as he is in basketball, building relationships and showing genuine care beyond the court.

When Glenn Robinson III joined the Warriors, Curry even handed him a list of local churches to help him settle in a small gesture that says everything about how he operates.

This is the core of Golden State’s dynasty—a superstar who connects, inspires, and sets the tone without ever needing to say much.
