Two of ActionCOACH Jamaica’s top-performing clients have been recognised on the international stage at the 2025 BizX Awards, hosted by ActionCOACH Global in Houston, Texas.

The annual awards celebrate excellence among small and medium-sized enterprises across North America, the Caribbean, Guyana, and Suriname, honouring exceptional leadership, innovation, and business growth.

This year, Jamaica proudly brought home two major wins: Best VP/Director awarded to Gina Gray, General Manager at Bioregeneration Integrated Medical Services, and Best Retailer awarded to Deans Pharmacy Ltd.

Gray was recognised for her outstanding leadership and people-centred management in healthcare. Bioregeneration, founded by CEO, Dr Janice Simmonds-Fisher, is Jamaica’s pioneer in regenerative and integrative medicine, offering evidence-based treatments for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Since commencing coaching with ActionCOACH Jamaica in 2020, the company has grown from three to fourteen full-time team members, achieved over 30 times net income growth since 2019, and doubled its clinical footprint to meet rising demand.

Under Gina’s leadership, the clinic launched the IV League Membership Programme, introduced a patient referral system now responsible for 30% of new business, and implemented a structured, integrated marketing campaign that exceeded revenue and profit targets.

Deans Pharmacy Ltd., based in Papine, Kingston, earned the title of Best Retailer for its operational excellence, customer loyalty, and unwavering commitment to community wellness. Founded by Dean-Roy and Beverley Anderson over 30 years ago, the family-run business has become one of Jamaica’s most trusted and best-stocked pharmacies, combining efficient systems with heartfelt service.

From prescription dispensing and medication counselling to health screenings and chronic care support, Deans Pharmacy is known for its ‘We’ll find it’ promise, a reflection of its dedication to sourcing even the hardest-to-find medications for its customers. The company’s success lies in its service-first culture, smart inventory management, and focus on continuous staff training, all supported through coaching with ActionCOACH Jamaica since 2020.
