1 and ½ oz Appleton Estate Sherry cask rum
3 oz Ginger ale
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a rock glass with ice
2. Stir ingredients together in glass and serve

Ingredients:
1 and ½ oz Appleton Estate Sherry cask rum
3 oz Coca Cola

1. Add all ingredients to a rock glass with ice

Ingredients:
1 and ½ oz Appleton Estate Sherry cask rum
3 oz White cranberry
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a rock glass with ice

Manhattan
Ingredients:
2 oz Appleton Estate Sherry cask rum
1 oz Sweet vermouth
2 dash of angostura bitters
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
2. Shake ingredients till chilled
3. Pour liquid in a coup glass
4. Garnish by adding a cherry inside the drink
Old Fashion

Ingredients:
1 Bar spoon/tea spoon of Brown sugar
1 Cherry
2 dashes of bitters
1 Slice of orange
2 oz Sherry cask rum
Instructions:
1. Muddle all ingredients together in preferred jar (except the Sherry rum)
2. Add 2 oz Sherry cask rum to muddled mixture in jar
3. Pour the mixture in a rock glass with ice and stir over ice
4. Garnish with orange peel (optional)
