They say it is always good to get off to a good start, and so did leading party organiser Dream with the Emancipation/August party fest in Montego Bay.
People from all over the world turned up, and the crowd was bigger than anticipated.
The last few years have been challenging for Dream. It had to contend with the fallout from the COVID -19 pandemic, and then it had to vacate its popular residence in Negril.
It relocated to Montego Bay, and there were those who were sceptical. Dream has come good, and it is a testament to the resonance of the brand and the organisational abilities of Kamal Bankay, Stephen Price and the rest of the team.
Perhaps setting up camp in the second city, Dream was able to attract people from Kingston, St. Ann, tourists and people flying in for the holiday period over Emancipation and Independence over mid-summer to enjoy the parties.
If Friday’s showing is any indication, it’s going to be one hell of a summer for the Dream team!
