Additional charge for Maitland in Donna Lee Donaldson case

Constable Noel Maitland is being charged with preventing the lawful burial of a corpse.

This the second charge being laid against the accused murderer of social media influencer Donna Lee Donaldson.

The additional charge was announced this morning (October 3) at Maitland’s bail hearing in the Home Circuit Court in Kingston.

Donaldson has been missing since July 11 after she was last seen at Maitland’s apartment. The police have since concluded that the 24-year-old was murdered but her body has not been found.

Maitland has been in custody since his arrest on July 27.
