What you need
- Any of the essential oil blends below
- 1 cup distilled water
- 1 tbsp witch hazel
- 8 oz glass spray bottle
The process
- Pour witch hazel into the spray bottle.
- Add the essential oils, drop by drop (Do not put an access amount).
- Shake the bottle to mix the essential oils into the witch hazel.
- Pour in the distilled water, cap the bottle and shake well.
- To use, spray the mist all over body after your shower and before drying off.
