Popular fast food chain Restaurants of Jamaica (ROJ), through its KFC and Pizza Hut brands, has signed on as a major sponsor of one of this year’s most anticipated musical events – the Love, Damini tour featuring Afrobeats sensation Burna Boy.
The Jamaican leg of the internationally celebrated Love, Damini tour takes place on Sunday (December 18) at the National Stadium with Jamaican artistes Popcaan and Lila Ike set to join the Nigerian superstar on stage.
“We are proud to be a part of what is undeniably the concert of the year. This concert is a ‘big deal’ for Jamaica, and we are excited to be able to connect with our customers at such a major event,” said ROJ Brand Manager Andrei Roper.
As part of the sponsorship, complimentary KFC and Pizza Hut products will be provided for patrons in the VVIP section while KFC and Pizza Hut products will also be available for sale to patrons in the VIP section. In addition, fans have also been able to win free tickets to the concert via KFC Jamaica and Pizza Hut Jamaica’s social media platforms.
“KFC and Pizza Hut have always been strong supporters of Jamaica’s entertainment sector. Therefore, we had to jump on board when we were presented with an opportunity to support a collaboration between Jamaican talent and a global superstar like Burna Boy.”
