Like a scene from a movie or a magical tale from the pages of an enchanting novel, Sandals South Coast hosted over 180 guests for Reunion Week 2023, drawing this year’s inspiration from the book-turned- regency romance series, Bridgerton.

The event which is held annually by Sandals, is a form of appreciation for its returning vacationers who continue to make its resorts in Jamaica and across the Caribbean their home away from home.

The team at Sandals South Coast kicked off the week of events with a parade around the resort followed by a welcome cocktail event.

Guests later turned out for the Bridgerton Easter Tea Party which was the first themed event for the week.

Throughout the week, guests were not only thrilled about the opportunity to channel their favourite characters from the series through fashion-forward appearances at the multiple events but were also delighted that they had a chance to engage in craft activities; such as a mask-making session before the much-anticipated “Masquerade Ball at Bridgerton,” returning guest dinner.

The week-long celebration also included a day of putting fitness to the test at JamWest Adventure Park, a VIP- tiered cocktail party for guests with one hundred or more paid nights, a carnival beach party and a sip ‘n’ paint event where guests were educated on the history of the various wines on resort and meals they are best paired with.

“At Sandals South Coast, Reunion Week is very dear to us; it is a great opportunity to show our appreciation to our guests who are not just loyal to this resort, but also the brand. It is a joy to see the familiar faces every year and to be able to have a week that is specially planned for our multi-repeat guests who have become more like family to our team. They look forward to receiving their Reunion Week keepsakes such as, branded tote bags, insulated cups and t-shirts,” Russell Jackson, Loyalty and Travel Manager at Sandals South Coast shared.
