Jamaicans can enjoy a soulful concert featuring Romain Virgo for Father’s Day (June 16) as the reggae star performs ‘The Gentle Man‘ in concert at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre in St Andrew, brought to audiences by Johnnie Walker.

Performing hits from his latest album, ‘The Gentle Man,’ like ‘Been There Before‘, ‘Switch On You‘, and ‘Driver‘, the event promises to be an extraordinary musical experience, starting at 9:00 pm and with gates opening at 6:00 pm.

The album has garnered significant attention in the reggae scene, exploring identity, relationships, and personal growth themes.

The album features collaborations with esteemed artists, including Masicka, Patoranking, Jesse Royal, and Capleton, ensuring a dynamic and unforgettable experience.

Fresh from his successful US tour and electrifying performances in St Ann, Montego Bay, and St Elizabeth, Romain Virgo is poised to make a lasting impression in Kingston.

“The Gentle Man tour has been a huge success so far, and I’m thrilled to bring it to Kingston on Father’s Day,” he says. “Fathers need something to smile about; we must show them love and appreciation.” He hopes his message of hope will resonate with the audience, stating, “Wanting them to see that they’re important to society… we need more fathers and father figures around to help strengthen the growth of society.”

Patrons who purchase a VIP ticket will have access to premium Johnnie Walker cocktails throughout the night, but the event caters to an all-around musical experience for everyone. Patrons, in general, will also have Johnnie Walker specials offered to them all night from the general bar.
