Azaria Johnson, a proud Westmorelander, envisioned a future where she would build something meaningful for herself and those around her. That vision has taken shape in Pro Emmaculate Cleaners, a company that is sweeping through Western Jamaica, not just with brooms and mops, but with purpose and opportunity.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Johnson could have taken many paths. But she saw a gap in the cleaning industry—an opportunity to professionalize and uplift an often overlooked sector. More importantly, she saw a chance to create jobs for women and youth in her community.

“I noticed a gap in the market as there weren’t enough reliable, eco-friendly, and tailored cleaning services in Western Jamaica. So, I decided to create something people could trust and depend on,” Johnson told Our Today.

“I wanted to redefine what professional cleaning looked like in Jamaica,” Johnson shared. “I knew there was a way to deliver excellence while also empowering people who needed opportunities.”
Today, Pro Emmaculate Cleaners is a trusted name, offering tailored residential and commercial cleaning solutions across Western Jamaica. From Airbnb hosts needing reliable turnaround services to businesses requiring meticulous sanitization, Johnson and her team have become the go-to professionals.
But beyond the spotless floors and gleaming countertops, her impact extends into the community. Through mentorship, advocacy, and social outreach initiatives, she is determined to make a difference, particularly in the lives of young women. Her latest project—working to end period poverty among adolescent girls— exemplifies her belief that business success should be paired with social responsibility.

“Giving back is a big part of why I do this,” she said. “I want young girls to know that their dreams, no matter how big, are valid. If a girl from Westmoreland can build something meaningful, so can they.”
Johnson also aims to address ‘period poverty’ by providing sanitary napkins to girls in need.
The company holds an impressive 4.9-star rating on Google, with glowing reviews that highlight how Johnson’s dedication and effort are yielding results.
“I highly recommend Pro Emmaculate Cleaners to anyone in need of a deep clean. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and wonderful customer service made the entire experience a joy. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!” one customer wrote.

As Pro Emmaculate Cleaners continues to grow, so does Johnson’s vision. She sees expansion on the horizon—not just in service areas but in the impact she can make. She is currently exploring the creation of eco-friendly cleaning products, hoping to launch soon. And while she remains grounded in the work of keeping spaces pristine, her true goal is to create a legacy for her family, excellence, and change.
“Me wanting to build this business is also about building a legacy,” she added. “I hope to pass something meaningful on to my family.”
“Special thanks to my mother, Eulet Campbell, team Pro Emmaculate Cleaners, Shanice Grant, my JMMB POWHERFUL Women in Business mentors, and all my supportive friends and family,” she added.
Azaria Johnson demonstrates that no dream is too ambitious—much like no surface too difficult to clean. With her business and family in mind, along with her aspirations of reaching greater heights, she is determined to keep pushing forward, one cleaning contract at a time.
