Astronomical Holdings Limited, a privately held investment company of attorney-at-law and investor Able-Don Foote, has inked a convertible debt deal with iCreate in the amount of $100,000,000. 

The deal allows Astronomical Holdings, through its subsidiary AHL (SPV) Ltd, to convert the debt into equity.

Foote, commenting on behalf of AHL, hinted that the decision by the company to invest in iCreate was due primarily to iCreate’s growth prospects through the impending purchase of Visual Vibe Limited, the largest digital outdoor advertising company in Jamaica.
