Organisers of the AI & The Future of Work Conference, scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2026, at the AC Hotel Kingston, have called on the expertise of Jamaicans with diverse experiences and perspectives on artificial intelligence (AI).

Pulling on players in cybersecurity, law, HR, and business strategy, AI & The Future of Work Conference aims to help business leaders understand, adopt, and capitalise on AI.

“This is not a tech talk. This is a business event built for decision makers,” a release from Transcend AI Consulting shared.

“We’re bringing in firepower from across the globe,” it added.

Among the keynote presenters at the conference is a senior leader from Google, based in Washington, DC, in the United States, to demonstrate exactly what Google Gemini can do as a real business partner.  A vice-president from a Fortune 100 firm in Chicago will share what it actually takes to adopt AI across an organisation, the wins, the resistance, and the real playbook for making it stick.

Also, a Harvard-trained lawyer based in the UK will engage participants on how to value human productivity while maximising the power of AI. “This is not a product pitch, but a live, hands-on look at how AI can reshape how you think about growth and strategy,” Transcend AI Consulting declared.

In add, there will be live enterprise demos of Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce, panel discussions on AI ethics and legal compliance, and the opportunity to walk away with a 90-Day AI Action Plan built during a guided executive workshop.

“AI & The Future of Work Conference is a full day of substance. No fluff. No hype. Just the clarity and tools you need to lead confidently in the age of AI,” Transcend AI Consulting stated.
