Eppley Limited has appointed Aisha Campbell as President, Eppley Real Estate and Infrastructure, and promoted Samantha Summerbell to Vice President, Credit.
These leadership transitions will accelerate growth across its real estate, infrastructure and private credit businesses in the Caribbean.
Campbell, an executive with more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and development, will lead the Eppley Caribbean Property Fund (ECPF), Eppley’s direct real estate holdings and its expanding portfolio of infrastructure assets. She joins Eppley from PROVEN Properties, where, as Chief Executive Officer, she grew the real estate portfolio from US$20 million to US$140 million and delivered more than US$250 million in commercial and residential developments across Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Barbados. A Professional Engineer registered in Jamaica and the State of Florida, she holds an MBA with Distinction from the Mona School of Business and an MSc in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Campbell succeeds Denise Gallimore, who will be departing Eppley to take up a new role with Stanley Motta / Felton Properties after more than 8 years at Eppley. Gallimore leaves behind a real estate platform she helped build, which has grown to 1.1 million square feet of tenanted commercial assets across Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad.
“Denise has played a critical role in formalising Eppley’s real estate and infrastructure business. We are grateful for her commitment and are proud that an Eppley alumnus will now have the opportunity to lead another great real estate firm,” said Nicholas A. Scott, Vice Chairman of Eppley.
Summerbell has been appointed Vice President, Credit and will lead Eppley’s on- and off-balance-sheet private credit businesses, including the Caribbean Mezzanine Fund. Her promotion follows several years of executing some of Eppley’s most important transactions.
“This is a moment of real momentum for Eppley,” said Raymond Donaldson, Chief Executive Officer of Eppley Limited. “Aisha is one of the most accomplished real estate executives in the Caribbean. Sam shares our investment philosophy and has established a track record of results. Their new roles reflect Eppley’s ability to attract and retain the most talented professionals in our industry and our ambition to significantly scale our regional investment platform.”
