Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL) has expanded its operations with the addition of two new locations.

The first of which is situated on the ground floor of the R. Danny Williams building in New Kingston at the Sagicor Group Jamaica headquarters, with the second located at Millenium Mall in May Pen, Clarendon.

The Millenium Mall location officially opened on November 21, and the New Kingston location, formerly occupied by Paymaster, is scheduled to open on December 1.

Both locations will provide a range of convenient services, including payments for:

  • Sagicor Life Jamaican dollar premiums & Sagicor Bank credit card payments
  • National Water Commission (NWC)
  • Jamaica Public Service (JPS)

In addition to these services, the Millennium Mall location will offer cambio and remittance services. The company disclosed that several other offerings will also be added in the short- to medium-term. Speaking on the expansion, Alliance CEO Omar Brown noted: “Alliance is committed to making everyday financial transactions more accessible and convenient for Jamaicans. By expanding our operations, we are ensuring that clients continue to benefit from reliable, efficient bill payment services in a central, easily accessible location.”

The move underscores AFSL’s ongoing mission to strengthen its national service footprint while providing high-quality, client-focused financial solutions. The announcement also comes weeks after the company made public its agreement to offer Ria Money Transfer.

Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL) was incorporated in January 2004. During that year, after receiving its remittance license from the Bank of Jamaica, AFSL was also appointed as a primary agent of MoneyGram Payment Systems Inc.

In 2022, Alliance Financial Services Limited was fully acquired by Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, a strategic acquisition, which allowed Sagicor to expand into new business segments and enhance its product offerings to clients. Since the acquisition, Alliance Financial Services has integrated into the Sagicor Group of companies in Jamaica, contributing to the
group’s growth and expanding its presence in the Jamaican financial services sector.
