Amber Connect, a vehicle tracking and telematics solutions company headquartered in Jamaica, is set to bring AI-driven intelligence to the security industry, backed by Hawkeye Electronic Security.

For 36 years, Hawkeye has been a leading industry player with its rapid response teams and its commitment to protecting the lives and assets of Jamaicans.

In a significant move for the security industry in Jamaica, Amber Connect has entered into a strategic alliance with Hawkeye. This collaboration brings together Amber’s cutting-edge technology with Hawkeye’s extensive experience and national reach, delivering protection for vehicles and homes.

With this alliance, Jamaicans will experience AI-delivered intelligent security, safeguarding both individual and fleet vehicle assets. All Amber Connect customers will from September 2, 2024, enjoy stolen vehicle recovery services. New customers can visit Hawkeye locations to get Amber Connect vehicle tracking services and opt for an additional panic response feature, thus enhancing their security measures.

Looking ahead, Amber Connect is planning to introduce a first-of-its-kind mobile app that unifies all security services in one place, making protection simpler, smarter, and more accessible than ever before. Expanding its innovative security solutions beyond vehicle tracking and fleet management, Amber Connect will offer comprehensive home and business security services. These will include home and office monitoring, on-demand guarding, and personal security escort services — all easily accessible through the Amber Connect app powered by Hawkeye Security. With one-click access to emergency help at their fingertips, customers will benefit from new levels of convenience and safety. Additionally, the collaboration will leverage big data analytics to provide early warnings for customers travelling through accident-prone areas and real-time notifications when vehicles enter or park in high-crime zones.

Amber Connect’s Founder and CEO, Dushyant Savadia, stated: “Hawkeye’s strong national presence and unwavering commitment to security made them the ideal partner for this collaboration. This is more than a step forward — it’s a quantum leap in vehicle security. By joining forces with Hawkeye, we’re delivering a security service that is, quite simply, unmatched. Our customers deserve nothing less than the best, and this partnership guarantees they get exactly that.”

Derrick ‘Ricky’ Mahfood, Executive Chairman of Hawkeye, expressed his excitement about the partnership: “We have watched over the years as Amber Connect evolved into a global brand, so it was a natural fit for Hawkeye to form this alliance. We believe it will bring significant synergies to the market for all customers. All Amber Connect customers will now have access to Hawkeye’s security services and we will scale up our operations, deploying more vehicles and personnel and expanding our Response Teams across the island as needed.”
