Alexander Wang, the American fashion designer and former creative director of Balenciaga, is facing fresh allegations of sexual misconduct and sexual assault from Keaton Bullen, a 21-year-old student at New York’s Parsons School of Design.

According to a recent BBC publication, Bullen was allegedly assaulted by Wang at a nightclub in 2019.

It is alleged that Wang and Bullen met at the Fishbowl Club in New York City.

“I completely froze. He then said: ‘I want to take you home with me’.”

Both men bonded over their mutual alma mater, Parsons.

The report stated that Wang invited Bullen and his friends to his table for drinks, which ended up with Bullen and Wang on the dancefloor.

“All of a sudden he unzipped my trousers, put his hands in my pants and started grabbing my penis in front of a bunch of people,” said Bullen.

“I completely froze. He then said: ‘I want to take you home with me’,” Bullen stated.

“I felt weirded out… and removed myself from the situation as fast as possible.”

Bullen also stated that he felt the need to speak out and support others who were called ‘liars’, for also stepping out against Wang.

11 MEN ACCUSE FASHION DESIGNER

Along with Bullen, there have been 11 men who claimed to be sexually assault victims of the 37-year-old fashion designer, according to American attorney, Lisa Bloom.

“The men had not pursued charges or civil claims yet but added that they are not ruling it out,” stated Bloom in an interview with Framce24.com.

Another incident is said to have occurred in January 2017, where a British model, Owen Mooney, also accused Wang of sexual assault, claiming the designer groped him during a concert at a New York nightclub.

Mooney stated in a December 2020 video that went viral: “I was by myself at one point and this guy next to me obviously took advantage of the fact that no one could move.

“And he just started touching me up. Fully up my leg, in my crotch. It made me freeze completely because I was in so much shock.”

Trans model Gia Garrison said in a statement to the Guardian newspaper that a similar incident occurred in February 2017.

The accusations are all similar.

Another report from the BBC stated that Garrison met Wang in the VIP area of Manhattan club, Slake, during a monthly party night called Holy Mountain.

Garrison described how dressed up she was for the event, decked out in a big red cloak, over bikini bottoms and thigh-high boots.

“I like being able to show my body and feel comfortable and free,” she said.

“There’s no judgement and it’s a space where everyone can love their bodies and embrace themselves.”

INTRODUCTION TO WANG

The report stated that, approximately 2:30 a.m., Garrison recalled heading to the VIP area with her friends and, shortly after, being introduced to Wang.

“I was dancing near him when he reached out his hand, grabbed my bikini bottoms and dragged it downward in front of everyone,” said Garrison.

“As a trans woman with discomfort about certain parts of myself that I’ve since grown to love, I don’t want someone to expose my entire body like that,” she added.

Among the victims represented by Bloom, a recent allegation in the New York Times stated yet again, that Wang had pulled down the pants and underwear of David Casavant.

However, Wang denies all these allegations, calling them ‘lies’.

“Seeing these lies about me being perpetuated as truths has been infuriating. I have never engaged in the atrocious behaviour described and would never conduct myself in the manner that’s been alleged,” stated Wang in a statement released earlier this year.

These sexual allegations first went viral in 2017, when Nick Ward, 28, took to social platform, Twitter, stating that Wang had grabbed his ‘crotch’ at the Brooklyn Mirage nightclub in New York.

The inception of the #MeToo movement in 2017 created a platform for victims to speak out freely and that they did.

Ever since, many fashion icons have been accused of sexual harassment and assault.

Among those fashion personalities are Terry Richardson, Bruce Weber, Mario Testino and Paul Marciano, former CEO of Guess, all of whom have lost contracts as a result of the sexual misconduct allegations.

They have all denied the claims against them.
