Arc Properties Limited is planning to embark on the construction of the Greenvale Commercial Complex in Mandeville, Manchester.

The company has already secured property at the corner of Winston Jones Highway and Ward Avenue in the parish capital, according to a proposal shared by managing director Ashley-Ann Foster Horne on her LinkedIn page.

The commercial property designed by architecture firm Atelier-Vidal will comprise two adapted buildings connected by an “intervention meant to enhance visibility, maximise views and optimise circulation.

The 29,000-square-foot property is set to have retail, office and lifestyle space, plus 161 parking bays. It is situated close to MegaMart and the Tax Administration Jamaica’s regional office.

“ARC Properties Limited is pleased to introduce AXIS by ARC in Greenvale, Manchester – the pulse of modern Mandeville where business, retail and lifestyle converge,” Horne stated in the LinkedIn post.

“We are engaging anchor tenants and aligning configurations to occupier needs before advancing redevelopment,” she added.
