Ewan, a civil engineering graduate from the University of the West Indies (UWI), has built an impressive portfolio managing diverse and complex projects across the island.

Her experience includes coastal construction projects in St. Ann and Montego Bay, large-scale civil infrastructure design and build for the Greater Bernard Lodge development, and the demolition and reconstruction of overwater bungalows at Sandals Resorts—projects that demanded high-level planning, execution, and precision.

Ashley also oversaw budgeting and cost control for these initiatives, reflecting her dual strength in engineering and financial management.
