ATL Automotive Group has partnered with UK-based Warranty Solutions Group (WSG) to offer a suite of value-added services, including guaranteed asset protection (GAP) insurance, paint protection, and extended warranties.
To introduce these new services, ATL Automotive and WSG have collaborated on a tailored sales programme designed to equip the ATL team with the knowledge and skills required to deliver these products effectively. Spanning the entire sales process, this programme includes extensive training for staff across 10 ATL dealerships.
Mark Dommisse, managing director, ATL Automotive Group, remarked “Jamaica and the wider Caribbean have never previously offered such value-added products, so securing an introduction into these markets is a major achievement for ATL Automotive and WSG alike. This collaboration merges the strengths of two great companies to further offer the highest levels of care and peace of mind to our customers. Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels supported and protected throughout their ownership journey, as we seek to help them protect and preserve their hard-earned investments.”
GAP insurance gives financial protection in the event a customer’s car is written off or stolen, and if that customer owes more on their auto loan than their insurance payout.
Paint protection, an invisible coating applied to the top of a car’s paintwork, guards it against UV rays and dirt for up to three years, while the extended warranties offer comprehensive coverage for thousands of parts and faults for cars of any age and mileage. These products are included in the total cost of the vehicle.
ATL Automotive was formed in 1997. Now over 25 years later, ATL Automotive now encompasses several distinct divisions exclusively distributing the world’s finest automobile brands: Kia, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Honda, BMW, MINI and BYD from state-of-the-art showrooms and aftersales facilities in Kingston and Montego Bay, strengthening its undisputed position as the country and Caribbean’s foremost automotive group
