Prominent dealership giant ATL Automotive Group has announced plans to relocate its Honda and  Kia sales and aftersales operations to Ferry, along the border of St Andrew and St Catherine, in 2026.

The relocation will see Honda and Kia, currently based at Hagley Park Road and Oxford Road respectively, move into two custom-built facilities designed to deliver a smoother, more seamless customer experience. Both locations will be fully stocked with genuine parts and accessories.

Spanning 376,195 square feet, the Ferry campus will house two state-of-the-art showrooms, each measuring 7,054 square feet. The development also includes dedicated service garages of 13,653 square feet per brand, each equipped with 14 service lifts to significantly increase after-sales capacity and reduce turnaround times.

Customers and staff alike will benefit from expanded parking, fully-stocked retail parts stores, a parts storage mezzanine, and modern executive and administrative sales offices.

The campus will also feature the ATL Academy’s new training centre, serving the entire organisation, and a dedicated employee gym to support staff health and wellbeing, while a test-drive track will further allow customers to experience vehicle performance in a safe, controlled setting.

Strategically located near the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) centre, the campus has been master-planned to streamline the customer journey, integrating sales, service, and aftersales into a modern, efficient flow that sets a new benchmark for Jamaica’s automotive industry.

Adam Stewart, executive chairman, ATL Automotive Group, remarked, “Honda and Kia are two incredible brands we’ve proudly represented for a combined 36 years. Tens of thousands of Jamaicans have trusted Honda since 1997, and that number is set to rise significantly over the next five years. Kia, meanwhile, has become the second-most popular vehicle brand in Jamaica since its ATL debut in 2017, thanks to overwhelming support from the Jamaican motoring public, thanks to its award-winning model lineup. This move will allow us to better serve our existing customers while expanding our reach to new ones, with the world-class service they deserve and expect from ATL Automotive.”

Additionally, Mark Dommisse, managing director, ATL Automotive Group, said: “Honda and Kia are two of the most prolific and best-loved brands in Jamaica, and we are privileged to have earned the trust of so many drivers. By relocating and expanding these facilities, we are not only honouring that trust but also setting a new standard for the industry, positioning Honda Jamaica and Kia Jamaica as leaders in customer experience and ensuring both brands are equipped for an even stronger future.”

The expanded facilities, according to ATL, underscore its continued investment in Jamaica’s automotive landscape and reinforce its leadership in shaping the future of mobility.

By consolidating operations into modern, purpose-built spaces, ATL Automotive says it is not only enhancing efficiency but also setting new benchmarks for service excellence, ensuring Honda and Kia remain among the strongest and most trusted brands in the market for years to come.
