Congratulations are in order as Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber and his wife, model Hailey Bieber, who announced they are expecting their first child together on Thursday (May 9).

The announcement was made simultaneously on both of their Instagram pages, where they shared photos of Hailey and Justin staging a photo shoot on a lawn together.

The ‘Baby’ hitmaker, sporting a black pullover sweater is pictured cradling his wife’s growing belly as Hailey wears a lace, white, body-con dress with a matching shawl.

Hailey, 27, and Justin, 30, have been married since September 2018, and have always wanted to start a family. However, Hailey had her reservations as she said in a previous interview with the Sunday Times, “I want kids so bad but I get scared. It’s enough that people say things about my husband or my friends. I can’t imagine having to confront people saying things about a child.” She added, “We can only do the best we can to raise them,” 

Justin, who has always openly voiced his excitement to be a father, said that he would wait for Hailey to be ready to take that leap.

Married for five years, the couple has finally taken that big jump into parenthood.
