Dancehall superstar Grace Hamilton, better known as Spice, has been announced as the keynote speaker for the InKnowvation 2023 virtual conference.
The event will take place on Friday, June 16, and will bring together thought leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators for insightful presentations on how to successfully navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Spice, known for her electrifying performances and groundbreaking contributions to the dancehall genre, will bring her unique perspective and entrepreneurial spirit to the conference stage.
In a release today (June 13) the company noted that “as an accomplished artiste and businesswoman, Grace Hamilton “Spice” embodies the spirit of innovation and determination that InKnowvation aims to inspire”.

“With her captivating presence and powerful voice, Spice has revolutionized the dancehall scene, garnering a global following and influencing countless artistes. Her ability to transcend boundaries as well as challenge norms perfectly aligns with InKnowvation’s mission to foster creativity, collaboration, and disruptive thinking,” they added.
While music made her a household name, Hamilton has since delved into several lines of business. Today, she owns several properties and is the CEO of Faces and Laces – a company that provides full lace wigs. She also has Graci Noir – a clothing brand, and Spice Official Entertainment.
The Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star is no stranger to the InKnowvation stage, having delivered the main address at the inaugural staging in 2021. Her presentation was well received by the over 5,000 attendees in the virtual audience, many of whom were intrigued by her frank demeanour and business savvy.
As this year’s keynote speaker, Spice will share her journey, discuss her challenges, and provide insights into her success. Attendees can expect an engaging and thought-provoking presentation that combines Spice’s vibrant personality with her expertise in the music industry.

“We are beyond excited to welcome Spice as our keynote speaker at InKnowvation for a second time,” said Rochell Myers, Director, Flow Business and C&W Business.
“Spice’s achievements as an artiste and entrepreneur are truly inspirational. Her ability to push boundaries and create change perfectly aligns with our conference’s vision, and we are confident that her presence will energize and motivate our virtual audience.”
Myers added that InKnowvation is a continuation of Flow Business’ ongoing support to Jamaica’s Micro, Small and Medium-sized (MSME) business sector.
“Small businesses account for approximately 80 per cent of jobs in the Jamaican economy and contribute significantly to development at the macro and micro levels. Through this event and other similar initiatives, we hope to inspire entrepreneurs while providing real-life examples of how they can take their businesses to the next level,” Myers said.

In addition to delivering the main address, Spice will be part of the judging panel for the InKnowvation pitch challenge. Over 100 Caribbean entrepreneurs have entered the competition and are in the running for a share of US$20,000 in cash and prizes. The top five entrants will share their pitches live at the event following which the first, second and third-placed entrants will be announced.
Joining Spice on the InKnowvation 2023 stage is a lineup of business personalities, including financial journalist Kalilah Reynolds, CEO of Adtelligent Craig Powe, author and public speaking coach Krystal Tomlinson, Marketing and Social Impact Strategist Joel Nomdarkham and Digital Strategist Keron Rose.
The event will be hosted by Dr Terri-Karelle Reid and registration is free. Persons may secure their seats in the virtual audience by visiting.
