The Bahamas will again play host to the Tiger Woods’ Hero World Gold Tournament.

The tournament, which draws a select field of some of the world’s top golfers to The Bahamas is set take place at the Albany resort community in New Providence. The tournament will be held from November 29-December 5.

The event, which draws a select field of some of the world’s top golfers to the Nassau luxury property, supports youth education across the world. This year’s event will see the field increase from 18 to 20 players.

Last year’s edition was canceled because of the pandemic.

The event is part of Woods’ strong connection to the Caribbean and particularly to The Bahamas, where he designed the new course at Jack’s Bay in Abaco and has another in development.

Bahamas Tournament Director, Mike Antolini is elated at the tournament declaring that, “the enthusiasm among the world’s best golfers to compete in the Hero World Challenge is at an all-time high. We are excited for the tournament’s return to Albany, Bahamas and adding two more players to one of the strongest fields in golf.”
