Kayodi Satchell, the woman accused of abducting eight-year-old Danielle Rowe from Braeton Primary and Infant School and killing her, was denied bail on Friday (October 27) when she appeared before the court.

Satchell was reportedly denied bail over concerns that would be harmed by members of the public.

She is scheduled to return to court on November 30.

The second-grade student was reportedly abducted from school in June of this year. She was found with her throat slashed along Roosevelt Avenue in St Andrew.

She died at the Bustamante Hospital for Children.
