The two Guyanese nationals who were charged after a cocaine seizure at the Sangster International Airport will appear in the St James Parish court for their bail hearing this week.

The accused are 21-year-old Oshaura Moses, self-employed; and 27-year-old Abiki Moses, a chef, both of Georgetown in Guyana.

They will appear in court for their bail hearing on Thursday (April 20).

Reports are that both women checked in at the Montego Bay airport and were set to board a flight to United Kingdom on April 4. When searched by security officials 9.5 kilograms of cocaine was reportedly found in their luggage.

After and interview session in the presence of their lawyer they were arrested and subsequently charged with possession of cocaine, dealing in cocaine, attempting to export cocaine, and conspiring to export cocaine.
