Barbados’ Sandra Husbands, Pan Jam CEO Jeffrey Hall headline MMC leadership panel

Sandra Husbands, Barbadian Minister of Tertiary Education & Training, and Pan Jamaica Group CEO Jeffrey Hall are among the public and private sector experts taking part in a panel discussion at the upcoming Middle Managers’ Leadership Conference (MMC).

The conference, organised by Make Your Mark Group, is anticipated to offer insights into the principles driving business success in today’s global economy.

Day one of the two-day hybrid conference features a CEO panel, titled ‘How do We as Leaders Challenge the Possible to Create the Impossible‘.

In addition to Husbands and Hall, the panel will also feature Ainsley Powell, Commissioner General of Tax Administration of Jamaica.

MMC 2025, now in its 15th year, is scheduled to take place from April 29-30 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston and online.

The CEO panel is expected to provide attendees with diverse perspectives on overcoming business challenges and achieving sustainable growth.

Husbands will be bringing a governmental perspective as a Cabinet minister in Barbados, particularly offering insights into the role of policy and human capital development in fostering business success within the regional context.

Similarly, TAJ Commissioner-General Ainsley Powell will provide a unique viewpoint on the regulatory environment and its impact on business risk, operations and growth.

Jeffrey Hall, as CEO of a prominent Jamaican conglomerate with interests in food processing, property, and financial services, will share his experience in leading a large and diversified organisation.
