Barita shows belief in Jamaica as major investor in Boundbrook Urban Centre in Port Antonio

Barita Investments is the largest shareholder (40 per cent and lead provider of capital ) of Port Antonio’s Boundbrook Urban Centre’s $4.2-billion project.

Barita is committed to investing in the real economy and providing capital for Jamaican businesses.

The Boundbrook Urban Centre is an example of a public-private partnership with this collaboration seeing significant input from the Factories Corporation of Jamaica and NCB.

This 148,000-square-foot complex will house the Portland Municipal Corporation, financial institutions, restaurants, a supermarket, offices, BPO operations, education centres, retail and fast food operators.
