Jamaica will go to its 20th Summer Olympic Games this July.

Jamaicans at home and abroad have shared in the country’s success since 1948 with 88 medals on the board, while the globe sees Jamaica as a “world-beater.”

PPIVOTT, a project management team has put together a two-day programme which seeks to give business people in and out of corporate life, an opportunity to share ideas and conversations with those who have achieved or about to achieve peak performance.

Dr Dale Caldwell, president of Centenary University, will headline a list of speakers providing insight on how to approach leadership, communication and influence, three key areas of effective work to become your own Olympian.

O’Neil Walters, team lead for PPIVOTT, says, “We believe in personal growth and development as an asset to achieve peak performance that impacts overall career success. We curated this event to deliver best practices with experts who can deliver life-changing growth experiences that will help elevate and perform at peak. We welcome all the speakers that will allow us to challenge ourselves to become peak performers.”
