Beryllium Limited can confirm that an incident occurred involving ABMs under our security coverage. We are working closely with the Jamaica Constabulary Force, and a full internal investigation is underway.

Our priority is the safety of our personnel, the security of our clients’ assets, and establishing the facts surrounding the incident. As the matter remains under active investigation, it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time.

We remain committed to supporting our clients, maintaining the highest standards of security, and implementing any additional measures deemed necessary based on the outcome of the investigation.

The figures, published in the Economic and Social Survey Jamaica 2025, which was tabled in the House of Representatives on June 30, show that the National Children’s Registry (NCR) received 14,602 reports last year, compared with 13,918 reports in 2024.
