Dubbed “a euphoric destination party experience”, the highly sought-after party series, Best Weekend Ever (BWE), returns this weekend from Friday night (August 4) into Independence Day.

This action-packed weekend offers six events over four days for the second consecutive year with Smirnoff the world’s number one vodka, coming on board as the official vodka sponsor.  The party series epitomise an elevated indulgence filled with fun, frolic, and beach-side excitement.

The weekend begins with infectious soca beats at the ‘I Love Soca Cooler Festival’ at Pearly Beach on tonight from 8:00 pm with artistes, Ding Dong and La Lee setting the mood for an unforgettable weekend. Next will be the ‘Daybreak Breakfast Party’ at Plantation Cove, which has an enchanted garden theme and commences at 9:00 am, the following day.

Later in the evening, partygoers will again converge at Plantation Cove in fashionable glam and style for an ultra-exclusive experience of New York’s trendiest event, ‘Milk and Honey’, from 8:00 pm.

Independence Day celebrations

The Independence Day celebrations will kick off in fine beach style with ‘Zimi Seh Beach’ at Puerto Seco Beach Park on August 6 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The party train will continue chugging on Sunday evening with a sophisticated beach club experience at ‘Allure’ being held at Pearly Beach from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am.

Independence Day, which is being celebrated on Monday, August 7, will see the final beach lyme, appropriately titled ‘Late Check Out’, at Plantation Cove closing curtains around 8:00 pm, to round out a relaxed wind-down of the weekend’s festivities. With Smirnoff at the helm, igniting the unforgettable experience, joined by newcomer Rum Stripe and premium whisky Johnnie Walker, this edition is guaranteed to be the best staging yet.

‘Best Weekend Ever’ experienced overwhelming support from local and international partners and attendees for its first staging. The popular party weekend has become a gravitational attraction for those looking to celebrate the holiday weekend in their finest beachwear, surrounded by the serene views of the north coast.

Beverage brands on board

It has provided an oasis of summertime fun for partygoers and with its second staging fast approaching the anticipation is at a peak with its takeover of the shorelines of the garden parish, St. Ann.
