Core message: As Christians, our foundation is built on the powerful truths of salvation, the resurrection power of Jesus Christ, and the ultimate redemption we receive through His shed blood.
Yet, in this hour, there is a clarion call for believers to embrace another critical truth: the wealth of the wicked is being laid up for the righteous (Proverbs 13:22).
Just as God delivered His people time and time again in scripture, He is delivering us today—not just with survival, but with strategy, supply, and supernatural success.
The enemy’s threefold tactic: Deception, distraction, and division
- Daniel 10 – Deception and Delays
Daniel prayed and fasted, and his answer was sent immediately on the first day (Daniel 10:12). However, the Prince of Persia delayed the response. This illustrates how deception can make it appear that God hasn’t answered, causing doubt and discouragement. - Strategy: Stay in consistent prayer and fasting. Reinforcement comes to those who do not waver. Heaven responds swiftly; we must remain aligned to receive.
- Application in business: When you’re launching a new product, idea, or entering a new market and things stall or don’t gain traction, don’t assume God hasn’t ordained the move. Delays in client onboarding, funding, or opportunities could be spiritual interference—not a “no” from God. Stay focused on prayer and strategy. Push forward by aligning business goals with Kingdom principles.
- Application in ministry: You may begin a new ministry assignment or event planning with divine clarity, but experience immediate opposition or delays. Know that the answer is already dispatched. Fast, pray, and keep building. Assign intercessors to “cover the airways” and break resistance.
- Application in the marketplace: Professionals in corporate leadership may face pushback, spiritual warfare in boardrooms, or opposition to righteous change. Hold your position. Your influence has already been activated in Heaven—your persistence will unlock earthly release.

Genesis 26 – Distraction through opposition
Isaac sowed in a time of famine and reaped a hundredfold (Genesis 26:12), but the Philistines envied him and stopped up his wells (Genesis 26:15). The enemy uses envy, sabotage, and resource scarcity to distract from the blessing.
- Strategy: Keep digging. Do not fight over the wells of opposition (Esek and Sitnah), but move forward until you reach Rehoboth – a place of room and fruitfulness. Obedience and persistence are keys.
- Application in business: When others try to replicate your model, sabotage your systems, or block your access to essential tools or partnerships—don’t engage in every battle. Innovate forward. Move to uncontested spaces, pivot your niche, and stay laser-focused on God’s assignment. Rehoboth is coming.
- Application in ministry: When opposition arises—whether it’s criticism, betrayal, or competition—don’t allow it to drain your energy. Shift the ministry to the next “well.” God has a space carved out for the vision that won’t require strife, but obedience and faith.
- Application in the marketplace: Professionals may be passed over for promotions, experience office politics, or deal with systemic resistance. Don’t retaliate. Outlast the opposition by continuing to sow with excellence. God will enlarge your territory and reputation in due time.

- Nehemiah 4 – Division through intimidation and threats
When Nehemiah set out to rebuild the wall, enemies mocked, conspired, and threatened (Nehemiah 4:7-8). The enemy’s goal was to create internal fear and division among the builders. - Strategy: Station your people by families, with swords, spears, and bows (Nehemiah 4:13). Build and battle. Be spiritually equipped and united.
- Application in business: As your team grows, there will be seasons of intense pressure, slander, or competitive attacks. Equip your team both spiritually and practically. Create a strong culture. Don’t allow external threats to breed internal division. Keep mission clarity and reinforce Kingdom values.
- Application in ministry: Ministry teams must remain spiritually armed and united. Gossip, offense, or fear can dismantle a work more than any external force. Pray together. Set spiritual watchmen in place. Equip every person with the Word and their assignment.
- Application in the marketplace: Leaders must anticipate workplace attacks meant to divide teams or discourage progress. Stand firm in vision and values. Build with one hand, war with the other—balance spiritual posture with professional excellence. Stay the course, reinforce your people, and maintain the standard.
Victory already assured: Help is always present
Daniel 10:
- The answer came on the first day, but Daniel had to persevere in fasting for 21 days. Michael the archangel was dispatched to break through.
- Insight: The battle isn’t to win your answer, but to clear the space for manifestation.
Esther:
- Before Esther made her petition, the platform for Haman’s destruction was already built (Esther 5:14, 7:9-10).
- Insight: The enemy’s plot is often the stage for your promotion. Remain faithful, bold, and strategic.
- Fasting (Esther 4:16) and unity are spiritual strategies that unlock favor and divine intervention.
The Lord has already given you strategic territorial favour: He turns the heart of kings:
Ezra 1:
- God stirred the heart of King Cyrus to release His people and fund the rebuilding.
- The wealth of the territory was freely given to the returning exiles.
- Application: When you are sent, you are supplied. Ask God for favour with those who hold territorial authority.
Esther 2 & 8:
- Esther was strategically positioned in the king’s palace.
- Mordecai was given Haman’s estate and promoted to royal influence (Esther 8:2).
- Application: The righteous are being elevated to take over structures built by the wicked. Step into your divine appointments with confidence.
Nehemiah 2:
- Nehemiah prayed and asked for the king’s blessing to rebuild Jerusalem.
- The king gave him letters of authority, access to provisions, and protection for his journey.
- Application: Pray for strategic alignment and divine connections. Kings and decision-makers will be moved by God to support your mission.
Call to action: Move from victory to victory
We are not fighting for victory, we are fighting from victory. Every battle, delay, and opposition is only setting the stage for God’s glory to be revealed in and through you.
- Fast and pray: Like Daniel and Esther, stay in alignment to heaven’s rhythm.
- Discern and build: Like Nehemiah, keep a sword in one hand and a tool in the other.
- Sow and persevere: Like Isaac, continue to sow even in famine. Your harvest is guaranteed.
- Take territory with confidence: Like Ezra and Esther, you have the favor of kings and the wealth of the wicked being redirected to you.
Let the remnant arise. Let kingdom entrepreneurs, builders, reformers, and restorers move into place. The divine shift has begun. You have already won. Now walk in it.

Supporting Verses:
- Proverbs 21:1 – “The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will.”
- 2 Corinthians 2:14 – “But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession.”
- Romans 8:37 – “In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.”
Closing prayer: Lord, we thank You that You have already gone before us. You have secured the victory, softened the hearts of kings, and released the resources for the vision You placed inside us. Help us to discern the enemy’s tactics and stand firm with Heaven’s strategy. May we move with power, precision, and purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
