Blood donations needed for former senator Delano Franklyn

Delano Franklyn, former People’s National Party senator and historian, is in need of blood due to an undisclosed illness.

Posting on Twitter today (September 29) Damion Crawford, opposition spokesman on education and training, made a plea for donations for the Kingston College alumnus.

Crawford tweeted:” To all my Fortis brothers KCOB Delano Franklin is in desperate need of blood. It is only right that we give as much purple blood as we can to aid his recovery. FORTIS FOREVER.’

Franklyn is an attorney-at-law, justice of the peace and a notary public. He is also founder of the law firm Wilson & Franklyn.

Crawford’s tweet received numerous responses, with well wishers expressing their hope for Franklyn’s recovery.
