The body of a woman who was reportedly missing was found on Monday, January 27 in Golden Valley Seaforth, St Thomas.

The deceased who resided in the Golden Valley community has been identified as Rashni Bonfield, also known as ‘Danesha’.

Her nude body was discovered in a gully with a wound to the forehead at around 10 am.

Bonfield was last seen leaving her home at around 3 pm on Sunday and was reported missing to the Seaforth Police Station at just about 7 pm the same day.

It’s reported she was raped and killed.

Investigations are ongoing.
