Break-in at St. James High, thieves steal CXC papers

The administrative building of the St. James High School was reportedly broken into Tuesday night (June 13) where thieves made off with documents including Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) past papers.

The principal, chairman, and other members of the administrative body of the institution are currently in a meeting following the incident.

Reports are that the thieves stole a fire-resistant cabinet from the office which contained examination papers for today (June 14).

The police are currently investigating the matter.

Details surrounding the alternative measures put in place for students to sit today’s exams are not yet known.
