Brian Wynter appointed new chairman of PBS audit committee

Former Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) governor Brian Wynter is the new chairman of Productive Business Solutions’ audit committee.

He was appointed to the position at a meeting of the board of directors held on February 28, 2024

Wynter served as governor for the better part of a decade, his tenure lasting from November 2009 to August 2019 when he left and was replaced by current Governor Richard Byles. 

Since then he was appointed a director of Jamaica-based manufacturing conglomerate, Seprod Group in February 2020.
