Having departed NCB Jamaica (NCBJ) as its CEO, Bruce Bowen has resigned as a director of the parent company, NCB Financial Group (NCBFG) and its subsidiaries.

He has relinquished his directorship of NCBJ, Guardian Holdings and NCB Capital Markets Limited, effective Thursday, January 21.

This follows the announcement by the NCBFG on Monday, January 19, of Bowen’s departure and the installation of Sheree Martin as interim CEO.

Bowen will be leaving NCBJ on February 28, 2026, to pursue other interests. He has proceeded on vacation while Martin took up the position on January 19, becoming the first female CEO of NCB.
