What kinda grabba that yuh selling, Mr Palmer? And is it “Red Herring”?
Fans and marijuana smokers alike seem excited to see a new brand deal coming from the ‘Hot Grabba’ deejay, Adidja ‘Vybz Kartel’ Palmer as he collaborated with Fire for their Vybz Karel Edition, Premium Hot Grabba.
In the past, the deejay has had many business ventures, some standing the test of time while others are enjoyed only in memory. From cake soaps, a clothing line with branded, shirts, and rags, to rum, Palmer has always dabbled with broadening his brand’s scope.
Recently, he made a post on his Instagram @vybzkartel with a video of the Fire, Vybz Karel Edition, Premium Hot Grabba (tobacco Leaf) being sold, with the caption, “St James Plaza, Shop #2, Starbuds, Jimmy Cliff BLVD (Hit Strip)”, indicating either that the product is only available at this location at the moment or that this was just one of the places stocking the official Vybz Kartel Grabba.
Fans in the comment section were applauding the Kartel’s entrepreneurial spirit, praising his attitude while he awaits possible retrial after the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council concluded that his and the others accused of the murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams convictions should be quashed on the ground of juror misconduct and that the case remitted to the Court of Appeal of Jamaica.
