

Buzo Osteria Italiana is ushering in its first-anniversary celebration in Jamaica with the appointment of group executive chef, Michele Pieragostini.
Known for its authentic Italian cuisine and ambience, the New Kingston-based restaurant is invitings guests to enjoy the ‘spirit of Italia’ like never before.
Executive chef Michele is preparing Buzo’s culinary offerings to reach new heights.
Chef Michele, an accomplished Italian chef hailing from Fermo, brings 21 years of knowledge and innovation to the Buzo kitchen. Chef Michele, who spent the last nine years at Amici’s in St. Lucia, plans to entice the taste buds with dishes that honour northern Italian heritage while incorporating modern flair.

In addition to the arrival of Chef Michele, Buzo patrons can expect a calendar full of culinary events meant to fascinate and indulge, ranging from themed tasting events to unique wine pairings.
General manager Francis Oliver states that Buzo Jamaica is more than just a dining destination; it’s a culinary journey filled with passion, honest cooking, and warm hospitality.
